Terms and Conditions

These terms apply only to the paid supporter extra. The database, the tools and the marketplace are free to use — you need none of this for them and enter into no contract.

1. Who the contracting party is

RagnaDex is operated by Mr. Investment – Mathias Will, Europaring 90, 53757 Sankt Augustin, Deutschland. Full details are in the legal notice.

Payment is handled by a payment service that acts as the legal seller for the purchase (“reseller”). It issues the invoice, remits VAT and handles payment, refunds and withdrawal. We receive only the notification that payment was made — no payment details. You will see which service this is on the checkout page and on your invoice.

2. What you get

For a one-off payment of 5,00 €, the dark colour scheme is unlocked for your account. You can switch it on and off in your account at any time.

• It is not a subscription. There is no recurring payment, no expiry and nothing to cancel.
• The extra is tied to your account and is not transferable.
• No content sits behind the payment: no monster value, no tool, no card. Only the colours.

3. How the contract is concluded

The presentation on the site is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. The contract is concluded when you complete the purchase on the service’s checkout page and it confirms payment. Unlocking follows immediately and automatically.

An account logged in via Discord is required — the unlock is tied to it. Without a login we cannot attribute the purchase to anyone.

4. Withdrawal

You have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. It lapses early if, before unlocking, you expressly consent to performance beginning immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose that right. This is what you confirm with the tick box before purchase.

5. Availability

We aim for continuous operation but do not owe it. Maintenance, faults at the hosting provider or force majeure can cause outages. Short outages do not give rise to a claim for reimbursement.

If the site is permanently discontinued, the extra ceases to be usable. If the site is permanently discontinued within twelve months of your purchase, we will refund the purchase price pro rata on request.

6. Use of the extra

You receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for your own use on this site. Passing on or publishing the delivered design file is not permitted. We know this cannot be prevented technically — we simply ask you not to.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation and limited in amount to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Otherwise liability is excluded. Liability under product liability law remains unaffected.

The game data on this site is compiled from open sources and community contributions. It may be incomplete or wrong; uncertain values are marked as such. We accept no liability for in-game decisions you base on it.

8. Final provisions

German law applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your state of residence remain unaffected.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Should any provision be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains in force.
