What the game expects
The file size is computed and measured: 24 × 24 pixels at three bytes each is 1,728, plus a 54-byte header. It is fixed, because every row is already a multiple of four and needs no padding.
Not verified in game We have not verified ourselves that Ragnarok Zero accepts exactly this format — we produce a valid 24-bit BMP of the size stated. Whether the client takes it is shown by trying it in game. If it fails, let us know and we will look at the format.
