Guild emblem
A guild emblem is a 24 × 24 pixel image in BMP format. Magenta counts as transparent. Build one here — upload an image or draw by hand, then download it.
Your image never leaves your device. It is converted in your browser, not uploaded to my server.

Off: hard edges, each target pixel takes exactly one source pixel. Usually better for pixel art.
What the game expects
The file size is computed and measured: 24 × 24 pixels at three bytes each is 1,728, plus a 54-byte header. It is fixed, because every row is already a multiple of four and needs no padding.
Not verified in game I have not verified myself that Ragnarok Zero accepts exactly this format. What it produces is a valid 24-bit BMP of the size stated. Whether the client takes it is shown by trying it in game. If it fails, let me know and I will look at the format.
